This is tragic flaw at it's clearest,
It's a painful case of hubris,

What are you trying to hide?
Will this fear subside?

So jealous

Unnecessary suspicion,
Unfortunate deception,
A desperate lack of connection,
A torrid, consuming dissension,

It can't be love if you're morally blind,
It can't be love if you're playing the spy,
You think this practice will protect you from pain,
But you're destroying all the good in you,
So won't you think again,
