Jerry had a Buck 53
As we walked through the isle with the budget on our mind
We searched through that isle trying to see what we could find

Squeezing every penny we had we could only afford the following things
Sour patch straws, milky ways and watermellon rings
As I walked down the isle with the candy in my paws
She handed me a 5 and said:

"This is to contribute to your cause"

Just when we thought there were no good people left,
She did what she thought was best
She sacrificed a months worth of hair dye
Just so we could satisfy our sugar high
