As I walk aorund today
I see couples hand in hand
some are kissing
some are hugging
and others are just holding each other
As I look at my reflection
I see just one person
alone
on my own
Sure I've got lots of friends
some, closer than others
but when it comes to dates and relationships
friends can't help you
you're on your own
on my own
all I ask for is a great person
All I ask is for her to care
Someone to tell everything
Someone to lay next to all night
and to hold in my arms
as I walk around today
I see Im on my own
