There will come a day, we will pass away
What will Jesus say about the lives we lived?
Did we soar or did we sink?
Did we push it past the brink?
Did we lie upon the field of life exhausted, victorious?

As long as I have life in me
I wanna be living for the Lord
This legacy is what I leave
Remember me for living for the Lord

Money that I made, working like a slave
Never brought the happiness it promised me
My family, friends, my soul, I traded for my goals
And almost lost them all until I found my worth in Jesus

I'm not afraid to dream, I'm not afraid to try
I'm not afraid to fail, for in my Father's eyes
When we live for Him, there are no wasted lives
